Exploring the intersection of craft and digital design, this project draws inspiration from traditional knitting techniques to create realistic 3D motion and fabric textures.

Through research into patterns, materials and textile behavior, we translated the tactile qualities of knitted fabrics into a digital medium, focusing on lifelike texture, drape and movement.

The result is a motion study that bridges handcrafted artistry with modern visual storytelling.

Beginning from the ground up we constructed a precise 3D model and experimented with dynamic motion to test how complex systems can be represented interactively.

With a simple activation, the experience comes alive, users can rotate the product, dive into its details and trigger real-time animation that feel almost tangible.

We strive to create solutions that are not only digital. In a world increasingly shaped by AI, we believe it’s vital to keep alive what feels real.

We are looking for ways to create unique and effective animations by combining 2D, 3D, and rotoscoping principles. It’s a challenging alchemy, shaped by human hands, where each technique brings its own beauty and its own stubborn quirks.
